Return/Exchange Policy: 30 days Money Back Guarantee and one year Replacement Warranty terms start from purchase date.
Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable.
If you received a product damaged on arrival, we will be glad to replace it with a comparable product. Please contact us by email to set up a replacement. Buyer will pay for return shipping on all return products.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by seller. To receive an RMA number please send an email to us with your order number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
All products should be returned in original packing materials, retail box, UPC or other original items in place with all included manuals, cables, software, etc...
